LW, I think your desire to have others remark on your beauty is a ruse for something else. It could just be attention you are looking for. Try wearing really artsy looking things, die your hair pink, or develop a foreign accent. Learn to tell jokes or ask intriguing questions. Have a games party.
Or maybe it's that you want to be in the top 10% and feel like you are "the best" at something. If so, figure out what you are good at and get better at it. Hang out with others who do that thing and they will admire you for being "the best."
If you are simply wishing others would tell you you are beautiful I think it's pretty clear that isn't going to happen unless something changes. I have a friend who is a narcissist. When she wants something she sees other people getting, she does not stop until she gets it too. If she were you, she would get plastic surgery to make herself beautiful. If being called beautiful is that important to you, maybe you should consider it.
But it's not only the moniker you are after because you say you go after 10/10 guys. That makes me think you are after *status.* In that case, figure out how to make a lot of money and surround yourself with the things money buys. You'll probably get any guy you want then.
